Warum sind Granolas so gesund?<\/strong> Hafer & Dinkel sind reich an Ballaststoffen, B-Vitaminen und Mineralstoffen wie Magnesium, Eisen, Phosphor und Zink. Studien zeigen, dass Getreide den Blutzucker- und Cholesterinspiegel in Balance h\u00e4lt. Die Inhaltsstoffe haben auch eine entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung und sch\u00fctzen damit wahrscheinlich vor Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen. Wie in anderem Vollkorngetreide stecken in Dinkel komplexe Kohlenhydrate, die Energie liefern und lange satt halten.<\/p>\n

Du merkst schon: Bei der Zubereitung werden nur nat\u00fcrliche Lebensmittel verwendet \u2013 kein versteckter, raffinierter Zucker, keine ungesunden Fette.<\/p>\n

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen M\u00fcsli und Granola? <\/strong>An sich haben M\u00fcsli und Granola die gleichen Zutaten: Flocken, Fr\u00fcchte, N\u00fcsse und Kerne.
