GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

General terms of service
These general terms of service apply to all products delivered by us. Delivery is currently limited to within Switzerland.
 
Order
You may order online at www.freshbox.ch, by fax at 043 366 99 59 or by phone at 0848 66 99 55.

Delivery
We supply the fruit boxes with our own couriers (car & e-bike). Certain region areas and individual weekdays are covered by regional courier or PostLogistics.
 
The delivery of subscription orders takes place on the morning of the date you selected between 7:00 and 12:00 (no delivery to PO box addresses). The customer is responsible for the provision of a correct delivery address.
 
Individual and gift orders will to some extent also be delivered in the afternoon. Depending on traffic and order load, different delivery times may occur. For logistical reasons we can't guarantee the desired delivery time – even for online orders with On-Time delivery selected. In exceptional cases, you may however send us an email tooffice@freshbox.com and we will try to meet your desired delivery time exactly.

You undertake to take deliveries within this time frame. Otherwise we will deposit the delivery at the delivery address. We do not assume any liability for damages, spoilage or loss for unattended deliveries.
 
On weekends and official or cantonal and national holidays there will be no deliveries.  
 
Unfortunately deliveries abroad are not possible (except Liechtenstein).
 
Prices
Our prices include value added tax. You will pay the purchase price valid on the day of delivery which matches our price offer posted online.

Transport costs

The following transport costs are invoiced for subscription orders:
- CHP 7.50 (City of Zurich) and CHF 12.50 (rest of Switzerland)

The following transportation costs will be charged for individual orders:
- CHF 12.50 (city of Zurich) and CHF 17.50 (rest of Switzerland)

The following transportation costs are charged for our test subscription:
-  CHP 7.50 (rest of Switzerland)
 
Subscription holds and modifications
A Freshbox subscription can be placed on hold or modified by sending an email to office@freshbox.ch. The cancellation/changes must become compelling at least then 24 houres (applies only workdays - monday until friday) by email. We appreciate advance notice of annual holidays (for example, Christmas).
 
Subscription cancellation
Our subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by sending an email to office@freshbox.ch. We would appreciate it if you could indicate the reason for the cancellation.
 
Payment
Private customers can easily pay by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Postcard). For company customers, we also offer payment by invoice.

Our invoices are sent monthly via email and should be paid within 10 days. For outstanding payments, we reserve the right to adjust the supply of Freshboxes until payment of the balance is carried out.

Email Marketing
By completing an order at www.freshbox.ch you agree to subscribe to our information service, which you can unsubscribe at any time with a click on any e-mail. If you do not wish to receive a welcome email and co., please contact us at office@freshbox.ch and we will remove your address from the beginning.
